Healthy Living Webinar

To celebrate National Nutrition Week, Life! invites you to attend a Healthy Living Webinar with a focus on nutrition.  We will be running one session in simple English for CALD participants (culturally and linguistically diverse) and the other session in Mandarin for Chinese-speaking participants.

Join us to learn tips and tricks to live a healthier life from accredited dietitians Purna Gulyani and Amy Peng.

The webinar will cover:

  • strategies to improve your eating habits and weight control
  • ways to incorporate physical activity in your daily life and reduce stress
  •  diabetes, heart disease and stroke, including risk factors and symptoms

All participants will have the opportunity to complete a simple online health check to determine their risk of developing type 2 diabetes. High-risk participants may be eligible to take part in our free Life! program.
