We all know it's important to exercise, but finding what exercise is right for you can be tricky. Every body is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. So, it's important to tailor your exercise regime to suit your level of fitness and health.
With new exercise trends appearing all the time, it can take time to find something that you genuinely enjoy. It can be helpful, especially if you have health concerns, to enrol an exercise expert for support and guidance.
To celebrate Exercise Right Week (22 - 28 May) we are encouraging you to set aside at least 30 minutes each day to exercise.
